The percentage of the adult population at a Level 1 Literacy rate is:
   Bowie County - 24%          Cass County - 25%    Lafayette County - 37%    Little River County - 23%    Miller County - 26%
That on the average - 40% of the adults in these counties, 25 years of age or older, have not completed high school.
